I do not know the names of the 3 that took intendance of my 3 year one-time daughter yesterday evening. I was then full of anxiety from no sleep in a few days and being then worried why she was so sick and in so much hurting. We went to some other multicare urgent intendance in the morning and the ARNP that was on the floor said her ears were and so impacted with hardened wax he couldn't even see if at that place was an infection. My daughter was visibly miserable and told me that the only option is to practise an ear wash but he advised confronting it considering information technology would be so painful that even adults can't handle it and he sent us on our manner with "requite her some Tylenol". Fast frontwards to coming to wood creek convenience intendance the ARNP on flooring that evening, he bodacious me they would be able to have care of the ear launder and check for infection to get her healed upwards. Nosotros were in and out in a brusque corporeality of time. While the ear wash was scary for a moment, they treated her with such care she was thanking them for helping her ears feel better as they were working on it. He apologized whole heartedly for the way we were left so discouraged that morning specially since they are both multicare facilities. So please, whoever reads these reviews, please delight please recognize the staff from the evening of January 15th for finally helping my baby girl. Thank you for beingness so kind to an overly frazzled mama. You guys are the real deal! I capeesh it from the lesser of my centre. The Smithwick family

Riverside Urgent Care quality of care was fantastic. The nurse & md provided fantabulous intendance, were friendly, prompt, respectful of my time, & memorable. This is my 2nd visit within three months & both visits were identical with the nurse & doctor. What is abhorrent is the front desk-bound staff. It went from bad to worse. On my very terminal visit on 12/2, the receptionist clerk should be fired!! She did non respect my time, conspicuously lacks impersonal soft skills necessary to piece of work or understand with the public, & has poor time direction. She wouldn't let me await every bit a walk-in patient at apex & instead I came back at 6 pm for my scheduled appt. I checked in early on with the receptionist at v:45 every bit advised, & she told me to wait in the motorcar as a nurse would call me. 45 minutes afterwards at 6:30, I walk back in since I hadn't received a call & much to my surprise, the same receptionist never registered me. She only registered me when I asked why I hadn't received a call & information technology was obvious why. No apology or accountability was given. Completely unacceptable. I received a call from the nurse earlier I even fabricated it back to my auto. As the 1st confront you see when y'all enter, the receptionist sets the tone for your brand. The public tin can spend their dollars at whatsoever medical facility. Hire a better quality receptionist who can manage bedside manners with the public in the same likeness your nurses & doctors do so well. Otherwise I loved my experience. The care & follow up were spot on! On-board quality receptionists for your financial well-being.

I arrived at viii:30am and so I could get in line. When I went into hallway I read a sign that said go dorsum to your car & fill up out paperwork. I tried to recall paperwork but couldn't find information technology. I then called the office #. A very rude women asked if I had a Dr's referral. She then rudely transferred me to a master # which was no help. I went back into hallway & waited in a line. So 1 person said to someone y'all have to take photo of a code to get you lot paperwork. I then tried to get photo which took several effort's. I returned to my car & filled information technology out. Information technology was lengthy & took some time. Finally I submitted it & received a note proverb their were 0 patients ahead of me. So I went back into hallway. I looked threw the window on door & saw a patient filling out paperwork on a prune board. So I went in. The window urgent care lady came to window & explained to me I needed to wait in my car fit a text. She said all the rooms were occupied. She was nice. And then I did but was concerned because I was the 2nd car there at viii:30am & had all these other patients before me. At x:30am I was text to come in & go to room 8. So I checked in at window over again & was told someone would come out to get me. I so was called to enter the room. The nurse was nice in request me questions & taking vitals. I asked if I was to receive the regular exam & she said yeah. She also explained the wait period for results. I was given the exam with a protruding stick going into each nostril for vii seconds in each nostril. She said information technology would tickle but it didn't. It was only slightly uncomfortable. Dr Lana then came in. She asked me questions & had me try to smell a alcohol swab. She was very nice & concerned. I felt confident & comfy with the Dr & nurse. The Dr explained the patient letter sheets the nurse had given me. She was very thorough. At 11am I was released & able to go home.

Unfortunately I've had to visit the urgent care 5 times in the last ii weeks for myself and 2 of my children. Thankfully every single time the staff has been amazing. I understand expect times are a function of the business organisation so I will non mutter, only the new bank check in system actually helps especially with little kids information technology's easier to complete rather than trying to complete the paper forms. The desk staff is ever helpful and you lot never seem similar your annoying them by asking questions (specially considering they are asked multiple times how much longer by patients every fourth dimension I've gone, they never in one case had an attitude about it), the Doctors or PA's are always friendly and personal which e'er helps cause trusting them with my toddler girls is my biggest concern and they never fail. Besides, twice I went with my girl with autism and both times they were so great and patient with her, one of the administration particularly there was friendly and walked her to the room fifty-fifty though she didn't know she had autism and was having a moment, and information technology may seem pocket-size but existence able to at-home her in that situation is magic. It was another assistant helping us and when she saw her crying she just held out her manus and she walked my daughter to the room, which again I know seems simple, but with an autistic toddler it tin plow into a much bigger result in those surroundings. I'k sad I don't have names of everyone, but I recommend this urgent care to anybody. Even though my co-pay is more hither I always prefer coming here than my doctors part. So thank you again for all the unabridged function does, and making my girls feel comfy and happy. One terminal flake, when I first told my 3 twelvemonth quondam I had to take her to the doctor she cried and cried, saying "no doctor no doctor", the second time we went she literally was happy going in.... to the doctor, and I know it was all thanks to that assistant that walked her to the room the offset fourth dimension. Give thanks you

I am a nurse who has spent my 22 yr career working in a medical part/clinic, specifically family medicine, pediatrics and ob/gyn. I'd like to remember that I am pretty knowledgeable with the internal workings of an office, and have experienced both well run and greatly mismanaged, even hostile work environments. When I say that my appointment today at AFC provided me with the best patient experience to date, I mean information technology wholeheartedly. From my first interaction with the kind front office staff, who didn't immediately plow me away, despite it being explained to me that their schedule was full. Instead they were professional person and empathetic and sought out a provider to ask if information technology would be possible for me to exist seen. That simple deed of caring and effort they fabricated for me spoke to the quality of this practice's employees. I was given as appointment and was explained to that I may need to expect an hr. Afterward being turned away from my primary medico's part and 3 other urgent care facilities already that day...and needing a medical exam, I was and so grateful and had no issues with the expect. It was not 10 minutes of waiting before I was called back to the examination room to exist seen, and was greeted once again, with another professional and kind employee...the nurse who triaged me. She was friendly, skilled, patient, efficient and most of all, compassionate to my needs. I was then greeted by the PA, who I but waited minutes to see. And again, I'm listened to by another employee of AFC who provided me with such kindness, professionalism and exceptional and efficient intendance. My date concluded at the checkout receptionist, and for my fourth professional, kind, compassionate and positive interaction with this office's staff. I tin can tell you lot that the owner/managers of AFC Fuquay Varina are stellar and it'south quite obvious that their staff honey their workplace, and information technology absolutely makes the level of patient intendance top-notch! I will absolutely choose AFC exclusively in the future for my family and my urgent medical needs! Thank you all...I am truly grateful and over-satisfied with the intendance provided to me today.

I have know Dan Murtha thru business networking, many years. He has always dine amazing work with overall performance. I got to witness that when I ready and had a COVID test. I called south few days alee, to schedule. The lovely female staff fellow member instructed me that if I fo online to register the 24-hour interval earlier (8am is when schedule is prepare for adjacent twenty-four hour period) that I should be able to get 3 appts in together, without problem. Wed, I had alittle difficulty registering my married man. I chosen and spoke to Clinical staff fellow member Erica. She assisted me with online registration. I was stressed with the idea that my married man had been exposed to the virus, and myself and my female parent in police force also had to be tested. I wanted to brand certain that all 3 of us were tested in 10 min fourth dimension frames consecutively. Erica was compassionate to my needs, registering us from her end. I was able to fill out insurance from my telephone easily. I liked how I was informed via text, and could bank check my wait time. I arrived 20 mins early, and did not accept a long wait time. Outside of edifice looked clean and neat. Within was decorated in relaxing neutral colors with a modern feel. Immaculate! Very large waiting area allowed seating to be properly spaced, and so some! Aliki Galandos took our info from car, chosen us to come in, and brought usa dorsum to complete testing. She was patient, answering all of our questions cheerfully. She explained process and allowed time for whatever other questions.(beginning time for all of u.s.!). She explained timing of pcr exam results, and how to call back them thru Lab Corp online. Excellent experience. Nosotros left extremely satisfied. I have ever referred family and friends to this Urgent Care since I met Dan, and saw his passion regarding his extremely well run forepart stop staff and clinical team. This calendar week I got to witness the great care myself, and I was not disapointed!

Awesome Feel! Efficient, Professional, clean, friendly and Safe!!! I went in during the major explosion of Covid. Masks REQUIRED! To prevent contamination, the stafff asked me to await in my machine and would send me a text when they were ready for me. I had went to Fast med and they had told me they could non see me as they were as well busy and they had over a 5 60 minutes wait. The ER when I called said v-9 hours. I did have to await most 45 minutes, simply had a super efficient visit. I was called in taken straight to an exam room where I could notwithstanding smell the cleaning agents. Subsequently a cursory history of my problem, the nurse left and provider was in after a short wait. The provider was super friendly , very, very thorough ( spent about 15 minutes with me, so sent me across the hallway (5 steps) to the lab where the lab gal did her thing and besides took a chest moving-picture show then I was back in the room. Inside about 15 more than minutes the provider was back in , reviewed my findings and said he would electronically send in my RX, and reviewed a discharge summary with me as well as emailing a re-create of my visit to my e-mail. I tin not say enough near the quality of this office and would definitely return when I am in need! Forest Hills Firsthand Intendance is the top urgent Care facility in town, I volition be establishing there every bit a new chief intendance patient equally they are one of the few clinics from what I have seen that accepts new patients. Today'south visit at Urgent Care North Hills location was overall splendid. Anybody I have encountered today provided the highest customer service which I wanted to limited my deepest cheers so I would like to provide a rave review on all of them. Brenda at the front end desk was very attentive and got me checked in rather quickly upon my arrival which surprised me.She was very polite and well mannered and fifty-fifty graciously helped me with my enquiry afterwards my date. She spoke with clarity and communicated very well. Ruby was my nurse and she was a sweetheart. She gave me thorough directions for my lab piece of work and communicated clearly the directions as well. She even checked up on me while I sabbatum waiting for a while for my results and followed upwards with my nurse practitioner without me even having to request that. As well she provided me with a refreshing cup of water again without me having to ask which I needed since I was parched while waiting. That is top notch client service! Erica was my x ray technician and she explained clearly to me what was going on and how she would proceed and eased my nerves. She had a friendly demeanor and fabricated certain my xrays were what they needed to exist and got me in and out quickly and finer. Marissa was my nurse practitioner and I must say she must be the virtually thorough gentle hearted nurse practitioner that I have ever encountered at an urgent care. I take been to urgent cares all my life and have never encountered such thoroughness and patience for all my questions. She reassured me of my concerns and requested labs to be performed for all my issues. In my prior experiences my visits with urgent cares have been simply verbal consultations so I take much appreciation for Marissa and what she provided for me today and express my deepest gratitude. I wish in that location was some way to give thanks all these lovely ladies directly for their peachy patience and friendly demeanor and excellent customer service specially during this critical time. If you can delight reward them and continue up the corking work in hiring wonderful man beings who are taking intendance of u.s.a. out there. I accept much appreciation for all of you.

I will outset off by saying I take used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the care we have received. Nonetheless, this one is a unlike story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and breast discomfort of 5 days. The sweet LPN who took care of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the influenza. Every bit she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said "did you get a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the influenza". I had explained to the APN that I had merely tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not call up that's what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She and then said she would send it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that'due south what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest Ten-ray. She stated "your lungs sound fine". She offered to depict blood work, I agreed. She sent u.s. on our mode telling united states it was virtually likely COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My hubby left from the urgent intendance and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I'm glad I advocated for myself and didn't settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited also much longer I'chiliad scared about how much worse it would of gotten. I think information technology's ever wise to listen to your patients and not jump to one conclusion and so fast ( and yeah I have been fully vaccinated for COVID besides). But I am thankful for the sugariness LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

I am so very BLESSED! Dr. Ann helped me sooo much!! I am in Urgent Intendance, (information technology seems like) at to the lowest degree two-3 times a calendar month. I am mentally and physically disabled, a Single Parent and I accept iii children. I was in there for i 1/two hours, due to everything being my fault. Dr. Ann was the only Doctor that was able to find the truthful cause of my sickness. I accept been sick for ii months, fifty-fifty went to TMC a few weeks ago. All along, the fevers, pain in my caput, not sleeping, and sore throat, wasn't "Viral". It was from an Ear Infection that had 2 months of dried upwardly blood, (that turned black and hard) in my Ear Canal. She took up so much of her time on me, that I PRAY TO GOD, that HE Blesses her! All this fourth dimension. Since July 17th, my birthday. I had gotten a "Daith piercing" to stop migraines from the TBI. Well, I blood a lot from the piercing, and when she said "she couldn't see inside my ear because of the Wax buildup", I told her the truth. I went into Urgent Care thinking I had the Covid, or Mono (Dr. Ann just diagnosed my 17 year old with it 6 days agone) and it was neither one. My Ear was infected. Information technology took her 1 i/2 hours to become 6 pieces of, (what looked like) black coal out of my Ear Canal. It was actually 2 months of dried up blood. I'g cannot THANK Dr. Ann or the entire Staff, plenty! My eldest sister, is Dr. Annie Pearson. I do hope one day they tin meet because my own sister was shocked that TMC didn't take hold of it! Adept JOB Urgent Intendance for hiring Dr. Ann at Old Castilian Trail in Tucson, Arizona!!!!! Thank you, Maureen Pearson

I cannot limited how grateful I am to have this ProHealth facility nearby. Even in these crazy times, the facility was, as always, make clean, undecayed and filled westward caring employees. I had called my master for an appointment, thinking I had a severe sinus infection. Understandably, equally some of my symptoms overlapped due west COViD 19 symptoms (severe headache, dizziness, nausea), she asked me to go to a (unlike) urgent intendance instead. I knew better, and went to Pro-Wellness immediately. While I had the option to brand an appointment online, they were running 3 days out, so I tried my luck, and walked in. I knew I could count on their prophylactic protocols. I was the only person in the big waiting room. In that location was a receptionist on the phone when I arrived, it wasn't 5 seconds afterward that a 2nd appeared, took my info (I wanted a rapid COVID 19 exam first, in case). He apologetically explained that he would telephone call me on my cell when it was time to come up in. I laughed: under the circumstances, I expected to wait up of 3 hours! They texted me a link, and I filled out paperwork in the motorcar, then rec'd a link letting me watch my exact identify in line, in real time. Clearly, they have some staff dealing westward walk-ins, and others with those w appts. I was called in less than 50 mins later on! This was my first COVID test, and nosotros've all heard stories about that nasal/"encephalon" swab! This technician was thorough, but gentle. No sudden poke, simply gentle twisting in both nostrils, sure to get at different parts of each nostril. I was asked to wait in the room for results, which came back (negative🤗) in less than a half hour. The Dr who came in to follow up about my sinus infection was professional person and personable. As I'd had no fever, and was already taking Flonase, he started me on a six twenty-four hours course of steroids. 2 one/ii days in, and I already see an improvement!! I take used Pro-Health for years, whenever I was unable to come across my primary. I take never once been disappointed. How they can handle the amount of people they are, while keeping patients apart, is zippo short of amazing!

I went to the Glendora, CA Urgent Care location on 5/14/21 at approx. 6:00 pm for relief from severe itching, sneezing & other debilitating symptoms caused by my seasonal allergies. I was greeted by the woman seated at the front desk immediately & brought into an test room as soon every bit I checked in, since at that place were no other patients in the waiting area at the time I arrived, which I was very grateful for. All of the staff & I were wearing masks for Covid condom, which I as well appreciated. The woman at the front desk-bound was polite & efficient. The man (nurse?) who greeted me, weighed me & gave me an injection was friendly & kind, & fifty-fifty seemed to recollect me from my last visit to this office in February with the same symptoms. Even though he was polite & totally professional person, it was very embarrassing for me to have a immature homo counterbalance me & give me an injection in my bottom. I guess I'chiliad old-fasioned & very shy, because I would have preferred a woman nurse, at least to give me the shot, or to exist asked if I had a preference, or had a woman present in the room when he injected me. When he took my blood pressure, the sleeve was very tight on my arm & injure quite a bit. He apologized for this. The PA I saw, Tallin Martirossian, was very kind, comforting & prompt. After my injection, she instructed me to look 10 minutes before I left the office, which I did. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes afterward, when I went to the CVS store next door to fill my prescription, I had a very bad reaction to the shot I got (a steroid). I had excruciating pain on the site of the injection (very high on my bottom/lower dorsum/hip) & upwards my back. I felt similar I was going to vomit or faint. I had to find a chair in the shop to sit downwardly. I was in then much pain, that I had to telephone call my hubby to drive to CVS from our home, to walk with me back to the Urgent Intendance office to run into the doctor over again. It was a very scary & upsetting feel. I take never had such a bad reaction to an injection before, not even to the two Covid vaccine shots that I received in April. And I accept received steroid shots for my severe allergy symptoms many times in my life, with no severe pain after. The PA & the male nurse/assistant were both concerned & caring when my married man & I returned to their part. They allowed me to lay down on the exam table in an exam room, asked relevant questions & offered me h2o. However, the PA did not explicate what caused my severely painful reaction to the shot. I was in too much pain to ask questions. Thankfully, after virtually 30 minutes laying down in the exam room, my pain subsided & I was able to walk out of the office with my husband at about seven:30 pm, 90 minutes after I first walked in. In spite of my very painful & scary reaction to the injection I received, I would yet return to this Urgent Care office, due to the staff's promptness (almost cypher wait time!), kindness & considerateness. I don't blame the staff for the pain I experienced, although I did wonder if the shot would take hurt every bit badly if the male person nurse had injected me lower on my lesser. But I didn't pull my pants down very far due to my embarrassment & he seemed sensitive to this! One suggestion: when the assistant & PA/physician first greet patients in the reception area, at the scale, & examination room, they should ALL INTRODUCE THEMSELVES & state their title/job. ("I'yard Mike & I'm an EMT. I'k Susan & I'k a Medico's Assistant.") This should be a standard practice at ALL doctor's offices, peculiarly Urgent Care clinics. It tin be uncomfortable & scary being treated by a complete stranger. I also received a presciption at this appt., which I was grateful for. The PA seemed to have a tape of my previous visit there, which I appreciated. So overall, I would rate my experience at this part a 3 out of 5 stars, or seven out of 10! And I volition become back there if necessary, fifty-fifty though I had such a painful reaction to the injection. I hope this long review is helpful to you in providing excellent service to all patients at your Urgent Intendance. They provide an important service to the Glendora community. Thank y'all!

Due to my primary intendance not being honest with me and not giving my suspension downward of claret work to see my scarlet cells-white cells-sugar and platelits since April. I finally flipped out at her office concluding calendar week to get all bloodwork and urine done. I have had10009 my ocf sugar in my liver and she came out with fTty kicerdeseace. And so came out with my white cell count was wY too high. She called in April or May and said all your results came back negative but the lab was contaminated. !! What would you call back? Your samples were contaminated and you needNew lodge for blood and urine. I at present get my testing done at urgent treat anything every bit Brookside Medical has turned me totally off. It is run under Scott Wilson only he has never met me. I become to a PAKristen Meegan that does not listen to my needs. I feel at present she has given me and so many drugs I sleep during the solar day and up all night. I have decided to alter DR'sand become to Lincoln Urgent Intendance. Get my total almanac in that location, adjust my meds and get all new testing done again. Brookside called and asked me for my almanac they did not have anyo record that I had my mammogram done. I had my bone density done. And I had my Pap smear done How-do-you-do. Any other Dr I went to in past years would take that faxed right to them. Long story short I volition go to Brookside and tell them how terrible they are. They have likewise many patients-2000-a d non enough staff and all the same taking new pAtients. I could tell you ugly stories of people that were in Brookside role that did non get medicine in time-two- weeks late and a adult female'r married man had a heart assault. To end this story stay abroad from Brookside Medical. I will be going to Lonv Lincoln Medical do ( I think) or something like on -3- wake Robin Rosd in Lincoln. on September was 6th need to confirm.

I have been extremely sick for iv days now and I have been hither several times and I always had a not bad experience but this time they did not offer to take my temperature or cheque my oxygen all they did was take my blood force per unit area The doctor did listen to my breathing and so they give me a shot and the doctor told me he was going to requite me some medicine they did not exercise an x-ray on my chest which is extremely congested and feels similar I accept a horse on height of me information technology was late when I got there and I understand they were tired and ready to go home but still however when a sick person comes in you would think they would take care of them every bit they would if it was in the morning. I was very disappointed and I am still very sick and will probably stop up having to get to the hospital maybe that's where I should've went to begin with just I will not utilise Sevierville Hospital and so I have to go to Knoxville and I accept no energy and really don't know that I want to make that drive by myself. I know you tin can call an ambulance but I don't feel like this is an emergency but if my breathing does non get amend perchance information technology will exist. I just feel similar they could have done more than every bit far as check me out instead of just giving me a shot and a Z pack and prednisone and sent me dwelling house. I really just feel similar they should've checked my oxygen they should've checked my temperature and they should've at to the lowest degree washed a chest x-ray I was just very disappointed this time. I recommend them because it is e'er been a good identify but I'g trying to simply arrive out as the fact that they close at eight and I got there at vii so they were set to go dwelling house. I tested negative for Covid just not that I want that Q-tip shoved up in my nose merely I actually don't call back they are testing correct because information technology just barely went upward in my nose. I feel like they should practise a dissimilar type of Covid exam if they don't know how to put the Q-tip in the nasal and actually go a good swab. Just makes me wonder do I have Covid and have I exposed others so I am existence very safety at home and staying away from everyone because I am then sick I take no energy and I really tin't drive right now. And I don't actually take anyone to help me considering anybody has a life and information technology'southward kind of hard to inquire them to stop what they're doing to have me to the doctor that may take hours you never know. I just idea that urgent intendance was my best bet because information technology has e'er been in the by this time I really just experience similar they were washed with the day and wanted out of in that location. If I'm not better in a few days I'one thousand going to have to go to the hospital and I don't desire to. And then I will be exposed to all those germs that has been brought in there. I have a very low immune organisation and take hold of everything and annihilation so I'm scared to get to the infirmary but at the same time if I go worse or exercise not become better I'm going to take to when I really feel similar the urgent care could've helped me improve than they did.

I have so much to say about my experience this evening. This was our first visit here. Existence a parent with a ill child is then stressful in itself. Dealing with all the technicalities of getting them scheduled, seen, treated and insure that they are receiving quality care ever brand this state of affairs even more exhausting. The staff at Urgent Intendance for Children, Chattanooga completely irradiated all my added stress and anxieties this night. From the online scheduling, to Robin welcoming u.s. then warmly the moment we crossed the threshold. It was a late Friday evening which commonly adds to the stress of assuring your kid's needs are met earlier options for intendance are limited and pharmacies are closing. We walked into the lobby and it felt like a warm hug. The facilities were immaculate. The medical staff quickly brought u.s.a. back and listened intently to all of my concerns and made my daughter at ease immediately. Afterwards a throat swab not only my girl just my very tired son who had to join is, got popsicles while nosotros waited. Dr Pierce was so kind and very attentive. She payed such close attention to detail and was wonderful with my daughter. She was very knowledgeable about the issues we were having and validated all of my concerns. I and then did the unthinkable!!! I waited 5 minutes and was able to have her prescription filled there. No driving to a second location, dragging a very tired 7 twelvemonth old boy, and very uncomfortable 5 year old back out into the motorcar to travel all the same far on a Fri night, only to drag them into another facility to Wait for a prescription to exist ready. I walked out into the parking lot and administered her first dose of antibiotics. She literally was checked in, evaluated, had labs, checked out and began treatment is 35 minutes. I tin non say enough virtually my experience this evening.

It was 10pm on a Fri night and I needed to run across a Md. I looked online and randomly chose Reliant Urgent Care at LAX. I called several times and nobody answered. WTF? That doesn't seem very Reliant to me. Non a good sign. I decided to go anyway. And so, I went to Reliant LAX Urgent Intendance expecting the worst. The very worst. How could information technology not be? It'south at LAX, right? Had to be All Bad. I was so WRONG. Filled out all the paperwork online before going. Walked in and the place was packed. Ugh! Went out to move my car, came back and was called v minutes subsequently. NO long await! No other paperwork! Nurse walked into the exam room behind me. Doctor walked in v minutes subsequently. Explained everything thoroughly -answered all my questions. Less than 5 minutes subsequently, the "Shot" guy jabbed me with a dose of Antibiotics --painlessly! and done! Every person that helped me was SUPER nice and knew how to do their chore [for once]. Plus- the office was modern and squeamish and pleasant. ....and my visit was completely covered by insurance. (Medi Cal) I don't know these people and Nobody asked me to write this. We're all quick to rag about incompetent terrible service, simply it's time people who practice an outstanding chore are commended. This was definitely not the grimey back alley morgue I convinced myself it was going to exist. I'grand and then happy I chose this place. **My but complaint: Ready the phone system. Reliant Urgent Intendance has several locations and they all have the aforementioned phone number. It was impossible to phone call them to detect out if they were open or if they could even help me; or if they would have my insurance. Someone needs to reply the telephone. In an urgent situation I need to speak to someone who can assure me they're going to do whatsoever they can to help.

I'chiliad leaving a review because although my overall feel was corking both of the 2 times I have gone to this urgent intendance I take had cracking difficulty filling my prescriptions that the doctor gives me due to the urgent intendance not completing process on their end to fulfill the needs of the Veterans Affairs Urgent Intendance Do good Criteria. Both the pharmacy and the insurance have to stop upward calling the urgent care themselves to try to go them to gear up it. I am using the Veteran'due south Affairs urgent care system benefit and that only allows the release of the medications if the urgent care contacts the insurance to inform them I take come up in for the urgent care visit. I even gave the forepart desk a heads up that this was a issue terminal time and that I hoped it wouldn't happen again because it actually does necktie up the remainder of the procedure before I went in for my engagement but when I went to collect my medications I institute out it happened over again. I was left waiting at the chemist's shop for 3 hours while the pharmacist tried to contact everyone, we even called the urgent intendance and they said they would practise it but information technology wasn't completed. I decided to then not phone call back again and endeavour to coordinate between the iii parties once more and go dorsum and forth for hours considering the final time I had washed that information technology took me a combined 9 hours and 3 days. I paid without insurance for my medicine which was expensive because I am ill and I am tired. Next time I go in I really need to talk to the person who is responsible for putting this part in and so that I dont have to keep going through this. It is very much avoidable. I know it is a new and disruptive program just I would be more than happy to go them on the telephone with the person who tin can teach them the proper steps to submit the protocol for the Veterans Affairs insurance. I was on concord for xxx minutes the last time the insurance rep explained it to someone over there.

I Thought I broke my toe. It was besides painful to walk on. All staff, from the receptionist to the thou.a. were very kind. Actually organized. The Radiologiic technologist was excellent. As a retired Rad.tech., I taught professionalism & positioning at Pima med. Inst.,the terminal 4 year'southward of my career. The R.T. that took my x-Ray was excellent. He was professionaly personal. A+A+++. Its not easy getting a lateral view on the quaternary toe. He even shielded me. That was very caring. Your receptionist worked difficult to agnoligh pts., Asa they walked in the door. That'due south really important & rare these days. The P.A. was extremely thourough. The but thing I would ask is that she validated how painful my condition was. This helps a patient know a provider has compassion & tin really aid in patient healing. Non to focus on the hurting. Simply to agnoligh it. I've been trained in mindfulness & learned to go right to the pain, agnoligh it with love, because information technology's a function of me. Then hold information technology gently, in my heed every bit I imagine waves softly moving accrossed it. This process is incredibly helpful. It wouldn't injure to do an in-service for your providers on mindfulness, equally to recommend information technology to their pts. Information technology can be hands accessed on YouTube. Some patients with acute pain endure much waiting to see their PCP. With the present climate of opiate utilise, pts need to be aware of other options too NSAIDS, which tin be hard on the tummy. Oherwise the P.A. was very pleasent, giving me an ortho. Boot really helped. I could've went to a closer urgent intendance but y'all guys are the best.

It was the near caring and friendly hospital visit I've ever had, I'm very stubborn well-nigh going to clinic's, they brand me nervous and I feel like only some other number on there to do list, but the Side by side Care Urgent Intendance in Arvada made me feel like I was a long fourth dimension friend of the family, it was very smashing and organized, and they asked if I could stay 15-20min after my treatment to make sure the shot I received didn't make me nauseous, and they spent extra time to explain everything that was wrong with me, and answered all my questions without looking at me similar I was delaying there day, and the gentleman that checked me in was very professional and very polite, even with my worn out Medicaid carte du jour, he was looking at it like it was make new, and helping other folks and taking intendance of the phone calls all at once without even missing a beat, and a smiling on his face up the whole time he did it, that takes pride and dedication to exist able to practice something like that, trust me on that because I have been to the dr.'due south dozens of time'south in my life, and over the concluding 7yrs.
